How do I send my logo?
Vector files (.AI, .EPS, .PDF) are best — promo decoration usually involves color separations or laser paths that need clean vectors. Raster files (PNG, JPG) work for some methods at high resolution.
How many colors can my logo have?
It varies by product. Silkscreen on tote bags handles up to 4 colors well; laser etching on metal water bottles is single-tone. The product page lists each item's color limits.
Are setup fees included?
Most products bundle setup into the per-unit price for orders over the minimum. Below the minimum (or for repeat-order screens), a small setup fee may apply — we'll flag it before you check out.
