When should I request a custom quote instead of ordering directly?

Most of our 300+ products can be ordered straight from the catalog with live pricing — that's the fastest path. Use this form when you need a custom size that isn't listed, a very large quantity outside our standard tiers, multiple coordinated pieces (a campaign or kit), an unusual paper stock, or a recurring fulfillment arrangement for a reseller account.

How quickly will I hear back?

We respond to quote requests within one business day, typically the same day for requests received before 3pm Pacific. You'll get a written quote with pricing, turnaround, and shipping cost so you can make a decision without any guesswork.

Is the quote binding?

Yes — the price we quote is the price you pay. Quotes are valid for 30 days from issue, after which paper costs and substrate availability may have shifted enough that we need to re-confirm.

Do you offer rush turnaround on custom jobs?

Often, yes. Rush capacity depends on what's already on the press schedule when your job lands, but for most custom jobs we can shave 2–3 business days off the standard turnaround for a modest upcharge. Mention your needed in-hand date in the message and we'll quote with and without rush so you can pick.

Can you match a competitor's quote?

We try. If you've received a quote from another commercial printer for the same spec, send it along (or just summarize the key numbers) and we'll either beat it or tell you honestly that we can't — usually it's the former.
