Privacy Policy
Last updated: April 28, 2026
Best Quality Printing ("we," "our," "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through bestqualityprinting.com and our printing services, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Site, you agree to this Policy.
1. Information we collect
a. Information you give us
- Account information: name, email, phone number, company, and shipping/billing addresses.
- Order content: the files you upload (designs, photos, PDFs), product configurations, project names, and special instructions.
- Payment information: card or bank details, processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store your full card number on our servers.
- Communications: messages you send through our contact form, by email, or by phone.
b. Information we collect automatically
- Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring site, and timestamps.
- Cookies and similar technology: a session cookie to keep you logged in, a cart cookie to remember items you've added, and a small set of analytics cookies. You can clear or block cookies in your browser; without them parts of the Site (login, cart) won't work.
2. How we use information
We use your information to:
- Print and ship your orders.
- Review your files for production issues and contact you if we spot a problem.
- Send you order confirmations, shipping updates, and customer-service replies.
- Authenticate you (login codes by email or text).
- Maintain our records, comply with tax and accounting obligations, and prevent fraud.
- Improve the Site, our products, and our service.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not send marketing emails unless you opt in.
3. Who we share information with
We share information only with the parties needed to run the business:
- Payment processor — Stripe, for processing card and bank payments.
- Shipping carriers — UPS and others, to ship your order and provide tracking.
- Print partners — when an order is produced through one of our manufacturing partners, we share the file and shipping address required to fulfill it.
- Email and SMS providers — Resend (email) and Twilio (SMS) to send transactional messages and login codes.
- Hosting and infrastructure — Cloudflare, which hosts the Site and stores uploaded files.
- Legal — when required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of us, our customers, or the public.
- Successor business — if we sell or transfer all or part of our business, your information may be part of the transferred assets.
4. How long we keep information
We keep account and order records for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with tax, accounting, and dispute-resolution obligations. We keep uploaded print files long enough to fulfill, reprint, or troubleshoot the related order; older files may be archived or deleted. We delete information sooner upon request, where we're not required to keep it.
5. Security
We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information — encrypted connections (TLS), encrypted storage at our hosting provider, restricted access for staff, and tokenized payment handling. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Your choices and rights
You can:
- Access or update your account from your account page.
- Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Request deletion of your account and personal information, subject to records we are required to keep.
- Opt out of any marketing email by clicking unsubscribe (transactional emails like order confirmations cannot be opted out of while you have active orders).
To exercise any of these rights, send us a request through our contact form.
California residents: under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), you have additional rights, including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to deletion, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not "sell" personal information as defined by CCPA.
7. Children
Our Services are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
8. International users
We operate from the United States. If you access the Site from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S., where data-protection laws may differ from those in your country.
9. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be highlighted on the Site or sent to you by email.
