Terms of Service

Welcome to Best Quality Printing. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of bestqualityprinting.com (the "Site") and any printing or related services we provide (the "Services"). By placing an order or using the Site, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who we are
Best Quality Printing is a commercial print shop based in Las Vegas, Nevada. References to "we," "our," or "us" mean Best Quality Printing. References to "you" mean the person or business placing an order or using the Site.
2. Orders and acceptance
An order is a request from you to purchase the Services described on the order page. We accept your order only when we charge your payment method (or, for pay-by-check customers, when we receive cleared funds). Until then, we may decline or modify any order — for example, if a product has been mispriced, is out of stock, or appears fraudulent.
3. Pricing, taxes, and payment
Prices on the Site are in U.S. dollars and exclude sales tax and shipping unless otherwise noted. Sales tax is added at checkout where required by law. We accept credit cards, ACH bank transfers, Apple Pay, and — for approved customers — pay-by-check.
Pay-by-check orders do not enter production until your check has been received and cleared. Returned checks may be subject to a $35 fee.
4. Files, content, and intellectual property
You are responsible for the files you upload. By uploading a file, you represent and warrant that you own the rights to it (or have permission from the rights holder), and that printing it does not infringe any copyright, trademark, right of publicity, or other right of any third party. You also represent that the content does not violate any law.
We do not claim ownership of your files or designs. We use them solely to fulfill your order. We may decline to print any file we believe — in our reasonable judgment — to be unlawful, infringing, or objectionable.
5. File review
We provide a courtesy file review on every order. Our team will check for common production issues (resolution, bleed, color mode, fonts, trim) and will reach out by email if we spot a likely problem. This review is a courtesy, not a guarantee — final responsibility for the content, layout, and color of your file rests with you.
If we proceed with printing after reaching out, or if you confirm a file as-is, the printed result is considered approved.
6. Color, proofing, and variations
Printing is a physical process and small variations are normal. Color may shift slightly between runs, between stocks, and between digital and offset processes. Monitors are not calibrated to print, so what you see on screen may differ from what you receive. We do our best to match standard CMYK color profiles, but we cannot guarantee an exact color match unless you order a hard-copy proof in advance.
A reasonable color shift, registration shift, or trim variation (typically up to 1/16") is not considered a defect.
7. Turnaround and shipping
Turnaround times shown at checkout are estimates measured in business days. They do not include shipping time, weekends, or holidays. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other events outside our control.
Daily 10 a.m. Pacific cutoff. Print-ready files received and approved before 10 a.m. Pacific on a business day count toward that same business day. Files received after 10 a.m. — or that need revisions after our team reviews them — start counting from the next business day. This is how the turnaround estimate at checkout is calibrated.
Risk of loss transfers to you when the order leaves our facility. If your shipment is lost or damaged in transit, contact us within 7 days of the carrier's marked delivery date and we will help you file a claim.
8. Local pickup
Customers approved for local pickup may collect orders from our Las Vegas shop during posted business hours. You are responsible for inspecting your order at pickup; defects discovered later are still subject to our return policy below, but timely inspection helps us resolve issues faster.
9. Refunds and reprints
Because every order is custom-printed for you, we do not offer cancellations once a job has gone to press, and we do not accept returns of correctly printed product. If you receive an order with a manufacturing defect — meaning the printed result does not match the file you submitted, within standard tolerances — contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will reprint the affected portion at no charge or, at our discretion, issue a refund for the affected portion.
Issues caused by a customer-supplied file (low resolution, missing bleed, wrong color mode, typos, etc.) are not eligible for a free reprint, even if our file review missed them.
10. Customer accounts
You may create an account to track orders, save favorites, and reorder past jobs. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for any activity under your account. Tell us promptly through our contact form if you suspect unauthorized access.
11. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) use the Services for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the Site's normal operation; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; (d) reverse engineer or scrape the Site for competitive purposes; or (e) use the Services to print content that is defamatory, infringing, obscene, or otherwise unlawful.
12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Site and Services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us for the order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The exclusive venue for any dispute is the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continuing to use the Services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
