Return & reprint policy

Custom-printed orders are non-returnable

Every product we sell is manufactured to your custom artwork, paper choice, and quantity. Because the finished piece has no resale value to anyone but you, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds on completed orders.

Free reprint for production defects

If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect — color drift, registration issues, cutting errors, paper damage, missing pieces — we will reprint the affected portion at no charge. Reprint requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.

How to request a reprint

  1. Use the contact form above with your order number.
  2. Attach 2–3 well-lit photos of the defect.
  3. Keep the original delivery — we may ask for it back.

We typically respond within one business day and ship the reprint inside the standard 2–5 business day production window.

What's not covered

  • Customer-supplied artwork errors (typos, low resolution, wrong colors approved at proof).
  • Color shifts within normal commercial-print tolerances (~5% Pantone variance).
  • Damage caused after delivery.
  • Buyer's remorse / change-of-mind cancellations after production has started.

Exchanges are not offered — every order is built to spec, so there's no equivalent product to swap to. If you have any question about whether a specific situation qualifies, just message us before placing the order and we'll let you know in advance.
